I can't recall the last time someone wanted to join our guild and try to impress us all with his masculinity. Or maybe he is compensating. IDK. LOL. if we were to be selective in who joins peerless, then I look for first impressions, because that is all I have to go by. If we are an open door, then let anyone with a name and appropriate age can enter. Last I checked we were at 99/100 occupancy in Peerless. Doesn't that give us the opportunity to scrutinize any way we see fit? I know that when i applied to Peerless, it took over a week to get in, and with exhaustive research about my background (thanks to nel and nana). It was only after talking with Nel and Nana about a week that I was even considered a candidate. just my opinion. Of course, 2nd impressions are good too, and jarvis, you are right.
