IN CHANNEL FOUR - 20 Minutes before the run (2:40PM EST), you will be replaced by other people. - Please be on at El Nath potted and ready to go by 2:15PM or Before - Do not complain if you come in 15 mins before the run, because it is your own fault that you weren't on time. For those of you signing up, you will not be included in any parties until your response to this thread is in the proper format. If you're going to show up for the run, at least take about 30 seconds to fill the form out.
