Ribbon Pig Posts: 30 Group: Former Guildie Member #160 Joined: August 29, 2007	So my new guild, ArtOfWar, is pretty rad. Most of the people in there are 17+, so the maturity level is pretty high. They have weekend Zakum runs and go by a point system to determine who loots what. Here's a couple of things I've noticed in the guild that could probably give you guys some ideas to make Peerless even better. -Jr Leader/s interview people who want to join. As in, ask them a series of questions about themselves, why they want to join, and maybe even trivial questions. -The BBS has a few posts containing guides (Pet EXP table, Zakum PQ) for the convenience of everybody. -Weekly guild meetings -Everyone calls each other by their real name I still miss Peerless though. But yeah.

I've always wanted to grow Peerless organically, meaning have our guild level up together to become zak-worthy, rather than recruit high levels from outside to become zak-worthy. Fortunately, we are getting there and once we reach the tipping point of high-leveled members, I'm gonna see if it's possible for us to get a slot on the Zakum calendar as our own squad or as part of another squad.
