Horntail Posts: 1,164 Group: Elder Member #7 Joined: March 24, 2007	I finally hit level 130 today, and have extended the recruiting upper limit to 120. New Recruiting Criteria Nice active legit levels 100-120 CB's, Priests, or DK's. New Recruiting Procedure Only ffcloudff7, peerliss, AznRlien, and Lyriele are allowed to recruit. If this procedure is followed, the "consideration" requirement is satisfied, i.e., recruits do not need to post on the website or wait for peerliss's smega to join our guild. You may wish to print this page out for easier reference. 1. Rankings check. If the recruit is not on rankings, do NOT guild them. 2. Fm meeting. Ask them to come to fm to meet you in person. We do not guild people through the same channel; we must meet with them in person. Check for bad fame and bad rep guild. 3. Ask them: "What didn't you like about your old guild? So we won't make the same mistake," and listen to their response. From time to time peerliss will ask you about the responses you got. 4. Agree with guild rules. Ask the recruit to see rules.peerliss.org and ask if they're okay with those rules. 5. View video.. If they agree to our rules, ask them to view our guild video on the main page of youtube.com/peerliss (if they haven't watched it already) 6. Welcome them. After they have watched the video, guild them and welcome them to the guild. Thank you, and look forward to seeing you along with new members in the game! :lol:
