oh, and i think you misunderstood, the title says 'loot order', but i guess it should be list, since these guys already have looted it.
i'm not quite entirely sure if all of these guys have looted yet. but i'm pretty sure linda, frankie, speedofsound,riezza at least doens't have what they want.. so yea

the [Dates] only tell us when they were supposed to get their respective skills...not when they got it...(cuz they didn't yet ;) )
