Requirements Priests: You're main objective is to minimize the pot usage of your party members by quickly using heal and dispel throughout the run. If you are the only priest in your party, then your party should be assembled so that you only have to concentrate on one area. Try to keep your dragon summoned at all times, too. max dispel max heal max (high level) magic guard max holy symbol max invincible max summon dragon max bless (or tell me if you don't have this maxed) Bishop : any lvl Revive. Dragon Knights:Keep hyperbody casted on all of your party members at all times~ when you're rebuffing HB for yourself, do it a couple times and make sure it reached everyone in your party, especially if you have buyers (low levels that actually need it) in your party. Other than that, try to do as much damage as possible. During the body, DKs are the best class to help clear all the mobs of summons, so when you see a lot of summons, help kill them. Level 110+ max hyper body max crusher/fury spear/polearm booster max blood Chief Bandits:Help speed up killing zakum by dropping mesos for 2minutes at a time and then using meso explosion. You should cast meso guard and then dark sight and then drop mesos for about 2 minutes before you explode them. This is why you need high level MG/DS because if you get stunned and your skills wear off, you are dead. CBs rely on their priests to heal them 100% of the time; however, if you see that all the priests in your party are stunned, then walk off the body, get out of DS and pot yourself until they are ready again. max meso explosion max (high level) meso guard max (high level) dark sight max haste shadower : Boomerang step Smoke Screen Hermits:Focus on the top 2 right arms of zakum as soon as everyone starts attacking. The top right arm is probably the hardest one to kill because really only ranged attackers can reach it. Keep your party members hasted, so they can try hitting it . At the body, use avenger when you the ground summons spawn. The rest of the time, just keep throwing lucky7/triple throw at the body. Level 110+ max lucky7 max shadow partner max haste max claw booster night lords : Triple throw Rangers:Focus on the top 2 right arms of zakum attacking with strafe. The top right arm is probably the hardest one to kill because really only ranged attackers can reach it. At the body, use arrow rain when there are lots of summons around. The rest of the time, just keep using strafe on the body. Level 110+ max strafe max arrow rain bow booster Bowmasters : S.E. Hurricane Snipers:Focus on the top 2 right arms of zakum attacking with strafe. The top right arm is probably the hardest one to kill because really only ranged attackers can reach it. At the body, use ice shot whenever summons spawn to freeze them before they can reach the players. The rest of the time, just keep using strafe on the body. Level 110+ max strafe max (high level) ice shot xbow booster Marksmans : S.E. Ice Mages:Focus on the top 2 right arms of zakum attacking with composition. At the body, stand on the first platform and spam ice strike to freeze the summons before they reach the players. When the ice summons start spawning, use thunderbolt to help lure the summons down at a steady rate so that the other classes can help kill them. When the ice summons start spawning, use explosion to help kill those. Level 110+ max explosion max composition max booster max element amplification Crusaders:Keep rage casted on all hermits, rangers, and snipers in your party. Attack as many arms as you can and then just concentrate on the body. Level 110+ max power strike max panic max coma booster White Knights:Attack as many arms as you can and then just concentrate on the body. Level 110+ max power strike max fire/ice/lightning charges max charged blow booster Guide The Peerless Zakum Guide 1.No Attacking before the Host Said so, Mainly the Host will be counting to 10 or 15 before you can attack, this is to prevent lagg to other users, since we (The hosts) Spend Many Time to host this run. 2.Dont rely on priests heal, when you die and come with something like this : not my fault, the priest didn’t heal.. 3.We want you to turn off these things : - Buddy chat, Guild chat, Chat Invites, Whispers can stay on because for some things like emergency. 4. Buffrequesting in party, Because saying that in all-chat is lagging people and making ppl to look at it how they can die. 5.Show up to a run if you signed up for it, i took many time of to host runs, and so i can’t afford people not being showing up, when you have 50% chance to show, say it in the post so i can put you as a back-up. ![]() Here is how we kill zakum, no other way! (unless HOST, NO CO-HOST Specified). Order : 1st arm : Arm 7 will be taken down first, This is the fastest way to kill the arms. 2nd arm: Night lords stands on the Ranged Leader ,how we stand is used to attack arm 5,6 and 8 at once, this place is right before the altar. Rangers and others are going on the 1st platform from the bottom to kill arm 5. 3rd arm: Everyone will be attacking arm 8 and 6, however arm 8 will die first, why we do this is to kill the HP recovery arm so we can kill it faster. 4nd arm: Arm 6, no hp recovery for arms. 5th arm : This will mainly be the top-right arms, arm 2 and 4, this only counts for RANGED, however priests stays on the right side to heal the ranged party, the Melee attackers go to the left to attack the top left arms, since the top right arms are hard to attack for melee, MELEE COUNTS ON OWN HEAL! 6th arm: see above. 7th arm: here is how we take down the top 2 left arms, when both arms are killed, we go to the bottom and kill its body, CB can m.e. mesos to help us, but i prefer them to buy onyx apples for us then. 8th arm: see above. 1st,second and 3rd body: NO TALKING WHEN HES IN MAGIC DEF MODE, THAT MEANS THAT RANGED CAN ATTACK HIM, AND MAGIC CAN’T, THIS IS WHERE WE USE TO KILL IT, WHEN ZAKUM TURNS ON IN HIS WEAP. DEF MODE YOU CAN TALK IN PT OR NECCESARY TALK IN ALL. After zakum : There will be someone solo’ing the last 3% of zakum 3rd body, that has double drop, when he does that, no one is allowed to leave the wall, Looting something will be making you pay for it, and you get a full-guild expell and a bad reputation, my conclusion : Just dont. The Splits will be given to all main attackers, the Practice party will gain nothing because i dont think any of em will actually survive :P, However, when someone dies and you get turned into main party, you will get a split. Splits : Sold and splitted to survivors in main parties. Skills and helmet : The skill and helmet lootlist will be depended on : -How many runs you have gone -How many survived runs -How many donated apples -How many warning points -And the level. -The point list. Making more points : Donating apples Surviving runs Helpfull Points gained for zakum : Surviving a run = 7 (+2 PL bonus) point Donating a apple = 1 point P.s. our runs are gonna be from 25mins-1hour, bring enough pots for it!
