Since training feels like a job now, I look forward to breaks with boss runs or new quests. Like most, I prefer to do between levels so exp loss doesn't matter as much but now carry safety charms if I don't wanna risk the 1-5%. Maybe we can set up a weekly day/time frame for weekly boss runs? Then instead of trying to get people to come on the spur of moment, we can plan to be there. We can also schedule those zquest stages that have been bought up lately in anticipation of zruns. Peerless PQ rules apply regarding loot distribution, etc. This is just about considering a weekly schedule. For pap, the plan can be to do two consecutive runs so members planning to come don't go in earlier the same day. And plan ahead bringing pots for two runs even if the choice is made not to go a 2nd time (weak party). For pianus, a better advance party set up would be good since we'd have to hunt the bugger and all get there before another party did. And knowing there is a strong party helps since the fish is tougher than pap. Set a weekly day/time for guild members to do parts of zquest. With the volunteer list Peerliss is working on for a group of helpers there. Also wanted to mention the Nath PQ but since its 120+, maybe just have a list of volunteers who can get together when guild members reach that point. But with the Stance reuirement, it would come down to the 1-2(?) members who could start it. Setting days for Sat/Sun either like 12pm est/9am pst or 8pm est/5pm pst would be a starting point but with some leeway if needed. Starting a new thread for each planned event/party would let us comminucate on that specific run for the week and list results if we wanted to or clear/delete after each is done.
