i think we should be lv80-120 right now and be recruiting but also when we get bak to 90-100 guild members we need to start expelling the unactive guild members because right now we only got about 25active members and to make it to where we can keep members we need to make an organized way to boss because if you dont boss most ppl will leave guild cause in 4th u need to boss alot to get the skills u need and after we get rid of inactives and r bak to 100 ppl we should bring the lowest lv requirement up slowly and encourage ppl to train and try to be in the lvs of the recruiting requirement |
