Hi lordplasma2! :lol: Due to the way the game (perhaps unfortunately) is designed, a low level guild can only be about talking. A high levelled guild is about bossing and/or talking. The higher level our members are, the more things we will be able to do as a guild. There is no rule that says we must maintain an x number of people in the guild. Personally, I am satisfied with 30 or so loyal members in the guild. We have consistently had well more than twice this number ever since we first hit 100 members almost exactly a year ago. That said, the reason we were able to maintain 100 members formerly is because of me spending nx monthly to smega for the guild. I decided to stop that because I am trying to transition us into a guild that is not reliant on smega recruiting. In other words, whether we maintain 100 members merely is a matter of choice: whether the leadership team is willing to spend enough real money on smegas to achieve that result.

On a side note, I spent 80m of my personal funds to upgrade this cap limit from 30 to 100. Should me or the guild really be penalized for this? A maximum cap is a luxury, not a restriction on how we can run our guild. I levelled 100 levels since forming the guild, and as manager of the guild, I adjusted the level requirements accordingly so that we can evolve to a guild that can do more and have a greater influence in the game. Out of friendship and in respect of "lower-levelled" members' loyalty, they have not been treated any differently from level 100+'s after the level requirements have been raised. I'm not saying that the requirements can't be changed. If the Jrs. all agree that they should be changed, they should petition to me and I will consider it seriously and make the decision with them :P But I appreciate your thoughtfulness in posting and have taken note of your ideas :rolleyes:
