Jr. Master Rules Jr. Masters together can influence the guild in ways that even Master cannot. It's up to the Jr. Masters to define the tone and spread the culture of the guild. 0. Rule for Leader and Elder: Inactives can only be expelled by the leader and elder if the member count is kept at 100 (full guild and someone wants an invite) AND the member's name is posted on this website prior to expulsion. 1. Please obey and help enforce the guild rules. 1a. Please keep conversation between Juniors (and Leader) confidential at all times. 2. Please obey elder peerliss on all issues, situations, and events pertaining to the guild. 3. Please recruit (or stop recruiting) members according to the recruiting criteria set out by the Guild Master in the Guild Rules sticky. 3.0. If someone wants to join, refer them to joining.peerliss.org. NOTE: Posting at join.peerliss.org is now required for ANYONE who wants to join (or re-join, etc.) Peerless, effective 10/19/2009. 3.1. To invite someone, however, make sure they're within the level limit. A 5-level discount is given to Sleepywood applicants or people who post on the peerliss.org website in the "Join" section introducing themselves and saying why they wanna join the guild. This discount only applies to people below, not above, our level limits. 3.2. Do a rankings search to make sure they're on rank. 3.3. Do a general search to make sure they're legit and don't have a bad rep. Remember to search the peerliss.org forums as well! 3.4. Do a zhelm search to make sure their zhelm is legit. Check their rankings pic and/or ask them to determine whether they have a zhelm. 3.5. Ask them why they wanna join Peerless. If their reason is "I dunno," do NOT invite them. 3.6. Ask them to read rules at rules.peerliss.org to make sure they're okay with our 16 rules. If they say "just invite me," do NOT invite them. 3.7. If they agree with our rules, ask them to come to fm or somewhere to meet in person. Our guild always guilds in person. Check the person's name and fame level to make sure they don't resemble those of a hacker. 3.8. Invite them to the guild and welcome them! 3.9. Write a new BBS bulletin with the new recruit's ign so that peerliss can know and update the guild recruiting master list. 4. Please do not share your account with anyone other than a RL girlfriend or a RL brother/sister. 5. Please help title (rank) up members according to their achieved levels of 80, 100, and 120 6. Please write in bbs and put date when certain members reach levels 100, 110, 120, 130, and so forth. 7. Please use the Guild Notice for guild-related purposes only, and always put your name at the front of the notice. 8. Please inform peerliss of members who leave guild by writing in the bbs. 9. Please check our Sleepywood portal periodically at sw.peerliss.org for new recruits. 10. Please use the Sleepywood guild leader list available from sleepy.peerliss.org to handle issues or drama sensibly by speaking with the leaders and jrs. of other guilds. 11. Please guard your username, password, pin, account information safely, and account sharing, and beware of keylogging programs and viruses so that your privileged account is not comprimised. 12. Please inform leader or founder through pm, bbs, or website if you have suggestions for the guild. 13. Please report to the Guild Master about members that violate or are suspected of violating any of the listed prohibited behavior: General: - hacking - spamming (including excessive fm'ing) - scamming - begging Guild: - being rude or abusive to other guildies - leaving guild then wanting to re-join 14. In extreme circumstances, Jr. Masters are authorized to expel rulebreakers if they abuse guild chat or they disrespect Jr. Masters. Final warnings are not necessary if the offense is extreme. However, Jr. Masters who expel members must take screenshots of the offenses and must write in BBS who got expelled and why.
